Bring your team to a Treffos Retreat.

We will design a tailor-made retreat for you and your team, whether that is a work leadership team, a church or charity leadership team or any other team that wants some investment in how you work together. We will first talk with each member of the team (usually via a virtual platform) to hear what to focus on. We will then work with you to create a bespoke design for your off-site with us for a minimum of 1.5 days, up to 3.5 days.

Previous teams have focused on topics such as:

·       Inter-personal dynamics, understanding personality differences and how to turn these to advantage as well as overcome clashes.

·       What makes a high performing team and how to build there from here.

·       Holding the difficult conversations together in a constructive way.

·       Resolving specific challenges the team is facing.

·       Processing impactful events the team has been through.
