Team Retreats

Bring your team to a Treffos Retreat.

We will design a tailor-made retreat for you and your team, whether that is a work leadership team, a church or charity leadership team or any other team that wants some investment in how you work together. We will first talk with each member of the team (usually via a virtual platform) to hear what to focus on. We will then work with you to create a bespoke design for your off-site with us for a minimum of 1.5 days, up to 3.5 days.

 Team retreats can use some of the same outings as you will see under the Outings section. Additional high quality accommodation can be sourced nearby for larger teams, or for the more adventurous there is endless camping space!

Previous teams have focused on topics such as:

  • Inter-personal dynamics, understanding personality differences and how to turn these to advantage as well as overcome clashes.

  • What makes a high performing team and how to build there from here.

  • Holding the difficult conversations together in a constructive way.

  • Creating alignment and clarity of purpose.

  • Building trust and psychological safety.

  • Resolving specific challenges the team is facing.

  • Processing impactful events the team has been through.

Bursary:

We invite you to donate into a bursary fund to give reduced cost places to those who need it. If the full cost of a Treffos Retreat is too much for you, please contact us with an enquiry.
